Who is responsible

What stays on your device
Your plans, budgets, sections, notes, checklist, reminders, Look Back records are saved in the app on your iPhone, iPad or Mac. There is no account and no Fair Entry server, and nothing syncs through us. Deleting the app removes its data from that device.
Presale codes in the Keychain
Presale codes are kept in your device’s Keychain, hidden on screen, and left out of calendar files and backups.
Reminders and calendar files
Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device; they send nothing. Calendar (.ics) files and plan backups are created on your device and go only where you save or share them. Private notes and presale codes are left out of them.
No network connections
Fair Entry makes no network connections of its own. Links open the seller’s page in your browser.
Feedback
Send Feedback opens an email to us in your mail app. Nothing is sent unless you send it.
Children
Fair Entry is a planning tool for adults and families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Messages you send us
If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we receive your name, email address and message and use them only to reply and to improve the app. The website privacy policy explains how long we keep these messages. Please leave passwords, access keys and other people’s private records out of your message.
Your requests
Information the app keeps on your own device or computer can be viewed, exported and deleted there. Information held by a service you connect is controlled by them, as described above. To ask about information you have sent us, or to have it deleted, contact us as above. We respond within 30 days. California residents have these rights under California law, and we extend them to everyone.
Changes to this policy
If a future version changes what the app stores or sends, we will update this page before that version is released and change the date above.
